Nayib Bukele and Justin Sun have pledged to buy a Bitcoin every day! Bukele and Sun have pledged to buy one BTC per day, starting Thursday, despite fears that the recent collapse of crypto exchange FTX could extend the ongoing crypto winter.

Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele, who holds bitcoin, and Justin Sun, the founder of the Tron cryptocurrency network and ambassador for Grenada, decided to collect bitcoins at the rate of 1 BTC per day. “We are buying one #Bitcoin every day starting tomorrow,” Bukele tweeted late Wednesday. Soon, Sun announced a similar strategy, mimicking Bukele’s collective strategy.

A single bitcoin was trading around $16,500 shortly before press time. The cryptocurrency has fallen 76% since hitting a record high of $69,000 on November 1. October 10, 2021.
